Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update For Our Customers - Updated: August 12, 2020
To Our Valued Customers,
As the World continues to feel the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we feel it is important to share what we are doing at Supportive Solutions to address this challenging situation.
At Supportive Solutions, we are working to maintain our level of service and do all we can to provide the reliability our customers have come to know us for. We have taken all precautionary steps in accordance with the public health authority guidelines. These steps include increased frequency of cleanings, and enhanced sanitization efforts. As a small, independent business, we already enjoy the advantage of a socially distanced environment, but are rescheduling all non-essential travel. All incoming stock, from both domestic and international sources, is subject to recommended hygiene standards. All of this applies to both our Australian and United States bases.
- Our online store https://www.supportivepc.com is still open (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and fully functional.
- Australia Post have made adjustments to their operations to compensate for Government restrictions, including processing and delivering some parcels from alternative locations. This may affect how fast they deliver some parcels. Click HERE for more information.
- Australia Post have temporarily altered their operations to use photographic confirmation of delivery, rather than signature-based confirmation.
Regular business operations continue, and service to our customers remains our top priority. We remain committed to providing you with the same level of service you are accustomed to from Supportive Solutions, and you can be assured of the safety of all our products. We will continue to monitor the developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and provide you with updates should any changes to our operations occur. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us HERE
Be Safe, be well, and thanks for shopping with us.
