As the World continues to feel the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we feel it is important to share what we are doing at Supportive Solutions to address this challenging situation.
At Supportive Solutions, we are working to maintain our level of service and do all we can to provide the reliability our customers have come to know us for. We have taken all precautionary steps in accordance with the public health authority guidelines. These steps include increased frequency of cleanings, and enhanced sanitization efforts. As a small, independent business, we already enjoy the advantage of a socially distanced environment, but are rescheduling all non-essential travel. All incoming stock, from both domestic and international sources, is subject to recommended hygiene standards. All of this applies to both our Australian and United States bases.
Regular business operations continue, and service to our customers remains our top priority. We remain committed to providing you with the same level of service you are accustomed to from Supportive Solutions, and you can be assured of the safety of all our products. Please note that Australia Post have temporarily altered their operations to use photographic confirmation of delivery, rather than signature-based confirmation.
