A constant supply of fresh flowing, filtered water for your pet. With a 1 litre capacity, this fountain is easy to use, easy to fill and easy to clean. The always-on access to fresh, running water encourages pets to drink more and in turn promotes pet health. Very low energy consumption, and ideal for both cats and small dogs. Water is recycled and cleaned by the filter and flows freely into the bowl, ensuring its freshness.
No assembly is required, just add water and plug it in right from the box. No external plumbing is required, so its also great to take on holiday with you when travelling with your pets. No batteries required, runs on mains power.
Important note: a couple of customers have reported problems with the fountain overflowing. This seems to be due to the flow rate on the pump being set too high - the pump has a flow rate controller and it is easy to set, but it is not mentioned in the instructions included. So I have taken photos for you to see. You simply need to pop the lid off (press on both sides where indicated in the photo), then adjust the flow on the pump with the knob identified in another photo here.

Please note that this fountain has a flow-rate controller. It's important to adjust this to a slow trickle or the unit can splash overflow. To access the controller, remove the top of the unit, and look for the black knob (on the side of the pump) inside. See the images below for guidance.

By: missymush on 2 April 2016Once I got the water regulated properly to a gentle trickle, it is fine. Thanx for having that additional information on your site as there was no mention of that possibility being mentioned in the enclosed instructions.

By: natasha on 31 October 2015My cat always used to jump on the sink to get fresh running water, I would turn the tap on and forget about it and then an hour or more later find the tap was still running.... It took him about a day to get used to the Pet Waterfall but now he always drinks from it and gone are the days of wasted water from the tap... Thanks, Natasha
